Shipping & Returns

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

    Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.
    We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

    Colissimo : 5 €, with an average delivery time of 2 to 3 days after shipping.
    Free Colissimo delivery if you spend over 50 €
    Express Chronopost shipping: 10 €, delivery before 6pm the next day.

    If you order a product that is available in our Parisian store, we can send it to you the same day by courier. If you would like to benefit from this free service, please send us an email at and indicate a 2-hour time slot between 10am and 7pm during which you are available to receive the parcel.

    Colissimo: 5 €, with an average delivery time of 4 to 8 days after shipping.
    Free Colissimo delivery if you spend over 50 €
    Express Chronopost shipping: 15 €, average delivery time of 2 to 4 days

    LEON FLAM ships worldwide. Shipping is operated by Colissimo International, with an average delivery time of 4 to 8 days after shipping. All deliveries: 15 €


  • Free returns and exchanges are available worldwide for all items within 7 working days after receipt, provided the return conditions are met. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, only items returned in their unused condition and their original packaging will be accepted. Incomplete, damaged or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

    If you would like to ask for an exchange or a refund, please send an email to and indicate the reasons for return. The customer service will send you a return slip, along with the following instructions:

    How to properly prepare the package:
    • Put the items inside their original packaging
    • Print the return slip and put it on the parcel
    • Go to the nearest post office and drop the parcel off

    On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 15 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.


  • LEON FLAM shall be responsible for any lack of conformity of the product ordered on If any product fails to conform, it may be returned to the customer service within 2 years of the date of delivery, to be repaired, exchanged or refunded.     LEON FLAM shall not be held responsible for any faults due to normal wear and tear or to an abnormal use of the items. If you want your product to be repaired, please send an email to, along with the item. The customer service will advise you with an estimate. If the product is too damaged to be repaired, it will be sent back to you.
