DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours maximum.
For shipments in France:
The default delivery is by DHL (€ 8) with a delivery time of only 2-3 days after shipment.
From 90 € of purchase, Colissimo is offered.
We also offer shipment by:
- Chronopost (25 € before 13h delivered the day after shipment)

For international shipments to:
The default delivery is by DHL International (€ 25 within 4-8 days after shipping)
We also offer shipment by:
- Chronopost International (77 €, delivered within 24 hours of shipment)

For any particular circumstance (birthday gift ...), do not hesitate to contact us for priority shipping.
As mentioned in the general conditions of sale, the consignment at the risk of the purchaser.
In case of problems or abnormally long time, do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have a period of seven (7) days of receipt of your order to us with your wish to return part or all of your order. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday / holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
Accordance with the general conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Returned items must be in salable condition.
You have the choice:
- To be repaid, without penalty, return costs are at your expense.
- Exchange your item. The return costs and shipping your new item you are offered. Attention beyond an exchange per order, all costs are at your expense.
In the case of a defective item, the cost of return and exchange will be supported by LEON FLAM. If the ordered item appears faulty, send an email to contact@leonflam.com

What is the procedure?
If you want to exchange or return a product, simply write contact@leonflam.com stating the reasons for return. The customer service will send you the voucher or refund and the shipping label in the case of a free exchange. Way to prepare your package with the following:
- Print the mailing label and stick it on your package
- Print the return form (exchange or refund) and insert in your package
- Items in their original packaging with the label
Appointment to the post office nearest and the package will be supported after being scanned. The return costs are well supported by LEON FLAM.

What is the repayment period?
LEON FLAM will reimburse you within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order at our warehouse. Refunds are made by the credit card used in payment of the order.
